We at Aquatic-Heaven.Inc ship all our corals in corrugated, Styrofoam insulated boxes. Corals are double bagged and, depending on temperatures in your area, protected with a heat or cold pack with more than enough water and oxygen to make it’s trip. Also, while in the cooler, the specimen bags have absolutely no room to move or shift around during the shipping process. We do everything we can do decrease stress on livestock so that it arrives healthy and ready to be acclimated into your tank.

Shipping Date

After we receive your order, we will call or email you (depending on the option you choose) within 1-4 business days to let you set the shipping date. Be sure to follow our acclimating procedures.

After your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

Shipping Options and Costs

FREE Shipping over $250!

Aquatic-Heaven.Inc offers a flat rate shipping of $34.95 and $1.00 each additional item for all livestock orders via USPS Overnight shipping. This type of shipping is cost efficient to our customers and is very reliable.

We can also ship Fed Ex. If using FedEx shipping please limit stress on your corals, we recommend that your package be held at your closest FedEx location until you pick it up. When temperatures in your area are above 90F or below 40F, we DO NOT offer our Live Arrival Guarantee UNLESS you select this delivery method. You must pick the shipment up by 3pm local time, or our Live Arrival Guarantee is void.

For orders of $250.00 or more, the shipping is free. We also are happy to do Saturday Delivery. There is an additional $19.95 charge for items delivered on Saturday. All dry goods are shipped USPS or any service you choose. All rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

Currently, we only ship to the 48 continental United States through our website. For Alaska and Hawaii, please call for shipping quote.

In an effort to offer a solution to fit everyone’s budget you can save on shipping by combining items.

For shipping quotes to destinations outside of the Continental US, please e-mail or call us.

Non-heavy dry good items will ship ground for less than $10 in total depending o the merchandise.

Live rock 2-day delivery ships for about ~$1.86/lb to New York and about ~$0.67/lb to California, and somewhere in between everywhere else.
